30 special buildings such as Global Center in Zhongbei Bridge area and Caihejiaye Tower on Xintang Road will meet the public both in this year and next year in Hangzhou, to attract enterprises of intermediary service, cultural innovation, service outsourcing, financial and scientific research.

　　At present, all subdistricts where the buildings are located have begun to survey for information including settled enterprises, tax contribution, real-time management, and so on, so as to conduct "Household Registration Management" in the buildings, making it easier for investment promotion.

　　Besides the high-grade buildings, Hangzhou Construction Committee also plans to spend 3 years on the reconstruction of 163 old business buildings of the city.

　　33 buildings will be reconstructed this year, which were all built as early as in the 80's of last century, including the Provincial Mechanism Tower on Jiefang Road completed in 1989, Zhejiang Forestry Tower on Middle Zhonghe Road completed in 1985, Hongdu Hotel on Tiyuchang Road completed in 1980, among which the oldest one is Xidebao Office Building completed in 1976.
